The awards are in association with RICS, PSG and the Daily Express on the quality of customer service each estate agent offers and covers an area of 13 regions across England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales with the winners in the individual regions gaining Gold and Silver awards.
The Gold award winners will then go head to head for the ultimate title of 'Best Estate Agent of the Year. 2006' Silver and Gold award.
